Shipping Policy for Artwork
Thank you for being a SamAngel’. We appreciate you shopping with us. Here are the terms of our Shipping Policy
Purchases are not processed for shipment or delivery on weekends or holidays unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Shipment delays may occur during high volume time, holidays, and inclement weather. Please allow additional days for transit and delivery. If there are any significant delays, we will be in touch and make you aware by email or phone. You are free to contact us at any time.
Flat Fee Shipping Cost
We take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition. Due to the unique size and handling requirements of my original paintings, I use a flat-rate shipping system based on artwork dimensions. Each flat-rate price reflects the highest estimated shipping cost to account for packaging, insurance, and carrier fees.
For large artwork measuring 48" x 60", I sometimes offer the option to ship the painting as a loose canvas (unstretched and unframed). This method significantly reduces shipping costs and allows the artwork to be framed, re-stretched, or hung freely from a ceiling or wall upon arrival. When shipped this way, the painting will arrive rolled up in a protective cylinder for safe transport.
Artwork Delivery
Early November to January, shipping time may be longer due to the holiday season and inclement weather.
We typically ship via FedEx Ground or UPS/USPS depending on size of the canvas. Please call to discuss expedited shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive shipment confirmation by email and/or text once your purchase ships to include tracking number. Tracking number is generated when shipping label is printed at shipping facility and may not reflect any action for up to 24 to 48 hours after label has been printed.
If it has been more than 48 hours to receive shipping notification and tracking does not reflect any action or movement, contact us at info@samangelarts.com.
Damages & Customer Satisfaction
At SamAngel Original Arts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if your purchase is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
To ensure a smooth resolution:
- Take clear photos of all damages, including the packaging and artwork.
- Save these images as documented proof of the damage.
- Contact us as soon as possible so we can guide you through the next steps.
While we are not liable for lost or damaged shipments, we are committed to assisting you through the claims process and ensuring you receive the best possible support.
Returns Policy
Because of the nature of our business, we do not accept any refunds. We will accept exchanges of equal value or more value. Return for exchange is paid by customer. See out Return Policy

📦 Each piece and bundle is securely packaged with bubble wrap, glassine paper, reinforced corners, and a sturdy shipping box for maximum protection.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Artwork is carefully packaged within 5-7 business days after purchase.
- Shipping Time: U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.
- A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping 🌍
- I do ship internationally! Due to varying shipping rates, please contact me before purchasing for a custom shipping quote based on your location.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final on original artwork. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll work on a resolution.
- If your package is delayed by the carrier, please check your tracking number for updates. I am not responsible for shipping delays once the order is in transit.
