Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Original Canvas Artwork

Overview

All artworks sold by SamAngel Original Arts are original, one-of-a-kind pieces.  For this reason, all sales are final

Returns

Returns are not accepted for original artwork.

Once a piece has been purchased and removed from inventory, it cannot be returned or restocked.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are offered at the artist’s discretion.

If an exchange is approved:

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs
• Artwork must be returned in its original condition
• The returned piece must be received and inspected prior to release of any replacement
• Exchanges are limited to artwork of equal or greater value
• Any price difference must be paid before shipment of the replacement artwork

Damaged Artwork

If artwork arrives damaged, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a damage claim:

• Retain all original packaging materials
• Provide clear photographic documentation of the artwork and packaging
• Do not attempt repairs without written authorization

Damage claims are processed through shipping insurance. Resolution may include repair, replacement (when available), or other accommodation at the artist’s discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping for approved exchanges is the responsibility of the buyer.

Production, Commercial & Staging Use

Artwork acquired for production, staging, or commercial use remains subject to this policy unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
