SamAngel Original Arts do not accept Return of Artwork.
We have a 10-Day Exchange Policy of Artwork. If customer is not completely satisfied, customer can Exchange Artwork for Artwork of equal or greater value. We must be informed within 5 day of receiving purchase that you want to initiate an Exchange. Cost to return artwork for Exchange will be paid by customer.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition as shipped to you. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. When Artwork is received, you will be contacted and Exchange of equal value will be shipped. Any difference in purchase price will be paid before Exchange is shipped.
To start an Exchange, you must contact us at email@example.com or call 901-502-1443. Please note that the return for Exchange will need to be sent to the following address: SamAngel Original Arts, 1138 N. Germantown Pkwy, #101-237, Cordova, TN. 38016. Before shipment, please inquire about insurance necessary for shipment and provide us with shipping date, time, and tracking number.
If your return for Exchange is accepted, we will inform you within 3 days of receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting an Exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot Exchange on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept Refunds on any artwork. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for Exchange, and let you know if the return for Exchange was approved or not. If approved, your Exchange will be initiated and Exchange will be shipped within 10 business days of receipt.
